Horizon Meats is a specialist meat marketing company
established in 1987 that has been in partnership with Blue Sky Meats from
its inception. Horizon Meats was purchased by Blue Sky Meats in 2003
and continues to have a shareholding and marketing contract with Blue Sky
Meats and all meat production from the plant is packed in HORIZON
brand. The brand has a positive logo image in all global markets and
thanks to the efforts of staff and management from both companies it
enjoys a similar reputation for quality.
The Horizon Meats team comprises experienced
marketing, production and logistics personnel. They handle stock
control, sales and marketing, shipping, foreign exchange and documentation
on Blue Sky’s behalf. Horizon Meats marketing strategy is based
around extensive market coverage, which ensures the best returns for Blue
Sky’s products from a select range of reliable customers including HRI
distributors, supermarkets and caterers. Both Horizon and Blue Sky
favour long term relationships with companies who share our commitment to
quality.
