BONING  ROOM

The new Boning Room commissioned in 1997 took the place of the original facility built in 1987.  It contains the most up to date machinery available.  The personnel are highly experienced and produce over 300 different product lines from lamb, mutton, goats and bobby calves.

Product is licensed to be exported anywhere in the world under the "Horizon" brand.  A HACCP based quality regime is conducted in the Boning Room with support from company Quality Assurance personnel.

All products are available in either chilled or frozen form.  Product once frozen is stored off-site in an EU/USDA licensed commercial Cold Store awaiting dispatch.
